Where is the new campus store?

Our new campus store is newly located at the Wehr facility lobby. Inside a trendy enclosure of glass walls, the new shop holds brand new merchandise in a much better location than before.

What is the return/exchange process?

Our return policy lasts 30 days after the initial purchase for both online and in-store orders. Refunds can be made in-store with original payment method. If you cannot process your refund in person, then our Lakeland Financial/Accounting team will contact you to assist processing the refund.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Standard shipping rates are used for every purchase at $5.00. Order processing takes us 1-2 business days and shipping generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

If I order the wrong size, can I change it?

Yes. This happens all the time! For wrong sizes, wrong colors, and any other mistakes can be brought to our attention by contacting our email at

What is the sizing like?

All of our shirts and apparel are true to size. The majority of our products are unisex, and if anything run a bit tighter than normal. We normally suggest that you go with your normal size.

Do your shirts shrink in the wash/dryer?

Our shirts are all preshrunk before shipping out. Thankfully, they do not shrink up after washing or drying so you could definitely wear your shirt more than once!
